- We review you application and confirm required information
- Once approved, tentative lessee receives an email or a phone call to set up a time to view the property of interest

- Your login credentials will be used by the tentative lessee to access our throughout your lease agreement

- If you are selected for a lease offer, you will complete and accept lease documents and submit when required

- Move in Inspection Form
- Drug Free Environment Disclosure
- Lead Based Paint Disclosure (if applicable)
